The MND Run-&-Sun Club
The MND Run-&-Sun Club is a points system for rewarding runners that demonstrate a high level of commitment to the MND Cross Country (CC) Summer Conditioning Program.
Points are acquired between June 1 and July 31.
At the conclusion of the program, a FREE Run-&-Sun Club T-Shirt will be awarded to the 7 runners that earned the most points.
MND Run-&-Sun points are earned according to the chart below:

Each day you adhere to your MND Training Plan and record your workout in your Running2Win.com online running log. Join Running2Win and the MND CC 2015 Team (Team ID: T-64453152606-13) Record all workouts, even scheduled “off” days (as 0 miles). Past week’s workouts must be recoded in Running2Win by Sunday night. |

The Run-&-Sun program rewards commitment, not fitness. You earn points by following your scheduled workout not based on how many miles you run. A rewards program that increases the points earned based on how many miles you run only provides an incentive for overtraining.
In any case, commitment leads to fitness and your reward for fitness will be the fast times you run during the CC season.
